Your Choice of Colors: Black, White, Zebra (Cream-Black as shown). We've designed our Dark Phats to bring out your dark side with power, articulation, authority and presence. These pickups emphasize your sound presentation with a hot, deep, strong AlNiCo performance showcased with black oversized flat top style polepieces. The phat poles help ensure robust string response no matter your playing style. The A5 magnet style pairs perfectly with the phat bottom end to really anchor your sound, providing depth and stability while the hot wound output provides enough power for whatever you play. Truly a unique option, these humbuckers will deliver with true flair for a multitude of genres.

These passive humbuckers are 4-wire so you can coil-split for even more versatility. We recommend 500K pots and 0.047 tone caps (available separately).

AlNiCo 5 (A5 / AV) Magnet Style. 4 Conductor Wiring (4 Wire Pickups). Wax Potted for Squeal Reduction or Elimination.

Bridge & Neck Position Use. Coil Split Capable (sometimes referred to as Coil Tap).

Short Style Mounting Legs (Standard Style). Phat Oversized Flat Top, Slug Style Exposed Polepieces.

Uncovered Open Coil Bobbin Style. Standard Insulated Lead Wire (Stranded Style). Approximate Bridge Output: Wound to 15.2K. Approximate Neck Output: Wound to 8.3K.

Basic wire color codes will let you know which wires are hot and which are grounds. Due to the vast and varied nature of possible set-ups, we do not provide specific information or diagrams for installation. You should be able to use the simple information we provide to match up with any diagram or instructions you choose to use.

Installation requires soldering and compatible system. Please ask any questions regarding options, measurements, installation requirements, special requests, etc.
